ABSTRACT
Meckel’s scan can be positive in cases of enteric duplication cyst and reveals a focus of progressively intense radiotracer uptake in the abdomen, coinciding with the appearance of activity in the stomach, suggesting ectopic gastric mucosa within the loops of bowel.
