ABSTRACT
The problems of treating children with electrical injuries remain relevant to our days due to the fact, that electric current passes through body leads to serious consequences as cicatricial deformations and contractures with functional and cosmetic disorders, and in some young patients they cause their disability. The article discusses the features of surgical treatment of wound wounds caused by electrical exposure depending on the localization of the damaged areas. Using contemporary wound dressings t the stages of treatment confirm their effectiveness in all phases of wound healing, not only in conservative treatment, but also in cases of surgery.
