ABSTRACT 发热是神经外科术后的常见现象，而术后中枢神经系统感染发生率为1.9%~9.2%。尚缺乏神经外科术后发热患儿诊断中枢神经系统感染的统一标准，但此类患儿临床多经验性应用抗感染药物，因此存在经验性抗感染治疗过度、耐药菌占比增加等问题。本文旨在综述儿童神经外科术后发热的机制、中枢神经系统感染的早期识别及诊治研究进展，以期协助儿童神经外科术后中枢神经系统感染的诊断和鉴别诊断，为神经外科围手术期合理用药提供参考。.
