ABSTRACT

Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma (AFH) is a rare soft-tissue tumor of intermediate malignant potential with a generally favorable prognosis. It predominantly occurs in adolescents and young adults with predilection for the extremities. Here, we present a case of AFH in an 8-year-old girl who presented with nonspecific symptoms of fatigue, weight loss, night sweats, and intermittent bilateral leg pain, more pronounced on the right side.
