ABSTRACT
We present the new diagnostic techniques for use in primary care pediatrics, which have been included in the Spanish public health system nationwide portfolio of services, pursuant to the Royal Decree published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on May 13, 2025. Specifically, the newly included techniques are tympanometry, transcutaneous bilirubin measurement, rapid testing for respiratory viruses, measurement of C-reactive protein in capillary blood, rapid testing for allergies, instrument-based vision screening, dermoscopy, and point-of-care ultrasound.
