ABSTRACT 儿童暴发型心肌炎是儿科较为凶险的危重症之一,病死率高,但是目前国内没有统一的诊断标准及治疗方案。中华医学会儿科学分会心血管学组、中国医师协会儿童重症医师分会心血管专业委员会、中国医师协会心血管内科医师分会儿童心血管专业委员会、中华儿科杂志编辑委员会组织相关专家根据国内外最新的研究成果和诊治经验制订了“儿童暴发性心肌炎诊治专家建议(2025)”,内容包括儿童暴发型心肌炎的诊断标准、鉴别诊断、治疗措施等,以期对儿童暴发性心肌炎的诊治提供依据,提高儿童暴发性心肌炎的救治水平。. ABSTRACT 新生儿高胆红素血症临床管理的主要目的是避免胆红素水平过高导致的脑损伤。由于发生高胆红素血症的新生儿数量众多,临床需要投入大量资源,因此基于正确评估、监测和高危因素筛查的及时精准处理具有重要意义。中华医学会儿科学分会新生儿学组联合中华儿科杂志编辑委员会在2014年“新生儿高胆红素血症诊断和治疗专家共识”的基础上,再次修订,制订“新生儿高胆红素血症诊治指南(2025)”,提出5个方面的15个临床常见问题,采用证据推荐分级评估,形成34条推荐意见。.
